RICHARD L. LEE

CHAIRMAN

Mr. Lee is best known as an icon and mover in the Philippine automotive industry, having come from a family that pioneered and built the automotive business in the country on the solid foundation of trust and integrity. A distinguished alumnus of De La Salle University with degrees in Economics and Accounting, and an MBA graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, he is also known for his constant and far-reaching philanthropic work.

MARIA FE PEREZ-AGUDO

VICE CHAIRMAN, PRESIDENT AND CEO

2011 Ernst & Young Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Philippines, one of the 2013 Women Icons of Entrepreneurship of Go Negosyo, and 2014 Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship (APEA) Awardee (“Outstanding” category), Ms. Agudo is one of the few women leaders in the Philippine automotive industry. A consistent scholar, student leader, and graduate of Commerce from St. Scholastica’s College Manila, she counts over 30 years of expertise in the automotive and real estate industries with proven year-after-year success in business growth within various business environments and rapidly-changing market scenarios.

LADISLAO Z. AVILA, JR.

DIRECTOR, TREASURER, CFO

Mr. Avila graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines-Diliman. He placed fourth in the CPA Board Examinations in November 1985.

He has a combined experience in external audit and financial and operations management. As an auditor and business advisor with SGV for over 20 years, he has extensive experience providing audit, regulatory, financial reporting, and tax advisory services to local and global clients in industries such as power generation, power distribution, retail, automotive, real estate, shipping, manufacturing, agribusiness, services, and foundations.

In the private sector, Mr. Avila has served as an executive for more than 18 years. He has held roles such as Financial Controller and Vice President for Supply and Services for a multinational consumer goods manufacturing company. Since 2016, he has been the Treasurer and CFO at HARI, responsible for financial strategies, corporate and financial planning, taxation and regulatory compliance, importation management, logistics and warehouse management, risk management, and general corporate support services.
