Find New Roads Tomorrow: A Message from our President and CEO

To our Chevrolet Community,

The current global health emergency has brought the world to a standstill. We left the roads almost empty, now missing the sound of revving engines and listening to our in-car tunes. While we have always enjoyed finding new roads with you, we hope that during these times, everyone follows the government and health authority’s issued restrictions on mobility and that you and your loved ones are safe and well at home.

We would like to extend our deep appreciation to all the front liners who continue to provide and secure our health and communities. At our offices and dealerships, we have front liners as well who ensure that our critical processes and transactions that need personal intervention are implemented as may be allowed by the national and local government policies. We continue to oversee the implementation of safeguards in all our dealer work places to protect our stewards, clients and guests.

The challenge we are facing is unprecedented, but we remain steadfast in ensuring the welfare of our employees, our dealers, and our customers. We will earnestly perform our commitment to support and serve you and the requirements of your vehicle no matter the circumstance and situation.

We have shifted to working remotely and have set alternative business operation arrangements for all Chevrolet dealerships nationwide. Our communication channels remain open and we encourage you to reach out to us if needed. You can contact your Chevrolet Customer Care Team through www.chevrolet.com.ph/contact, the 24/7 Chevy Hotline, and through the My Chevrolet Connect app. You can also find us in different social media channels.

We made certain that your Chevrolet vehicle will be the least of your worries, so you can focus more on your loved ones and your immediate needs. I would like to share that we have automatically extended the vehicle warranty of your Chevy to another 60 days, if the warranty expired between March and April 2020. Rescheduling of Preventive Maintenance Service for eligible customers are also available, and we guarantee that this will not void the warranty coverage of your vehicle.

Although the path ahead remains unclear, trust that we will all drive back more determined and inspired than ever.

We look forward to finding new roads again with you soon.

Until then, we will continue to pray that you all stay healthy and safe – we will never give up and we will get through this together.

Yours sincerely,
